These terms apply when you buy or use software sold by SoftGateway LTD, company number 14807861, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
License
When you buy a product, you get a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use it, with free updates. The license is for your own use and may not be resold or shared. You can move your license to another computer through your free web account.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. There is no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, as described in our delivery policy.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, as described in our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Use our software only on websites you own or have permission to test. Test visits made by the software are automated and are not real human visitors. You must not report or sell them as real traffic, use them to click ads, affiliate links or any pay-per-click or pay-per-action offer, or use them to change another website's statistics. We may cancel a license used in breach of these terms.
Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how you use the software. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
