If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email info@softgateway.co.uk within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address you used to buy and your license key.

How refunds are paid

We process your refund within 1 business day of your request. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. After we process it, it usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license key linked to the refunded order is deactivated.
