SoftGateway LTD ("we") is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you buy, we receive your name, email address and order details. When you activate a license, we store your license key and basic information that identifies the computer it is activated on. When you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment.

Website analytics

Our website may use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use it. These tools may set cookies.

How we use your data

We use your data to deliver your license, provide support, process refunds and send important product updates. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as UK law requires, and license records for as long as your license is active.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@softgateway.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
